We specialise in planning private parties for milestone celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers and kids parties. We love nothing more than an amazing party and the skills needed to plan a wedding also happen to create seriously special celebrations. We always start by getting to know you and hearing your vision so we can build a unique design concept. We plan out your budget and source the venue & vendors that match your requirements. At A Flair to Remember, we truly value guest experience and we take you through our signature planning process that ensures this and transforms your celebration into an unforgettable memory for everyone. We oversee the delivery of your party from scheduling the necessary itinerary, to seamlessly co-ordinating guests, vendors and overall production. HOW MUCH IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK YOU?

Usually, the planning for a private party starts 3-4 months before the date. However, if it is a special occasion that you have big dreams for- it is never too early to get in touch, especially if your event would take place in the summer months. Depending on our availability, the planner overseeing your event will either be AFTR Creative Director Gabby or Senior Event Producer Oyinkan.



HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR party planning?

This really depends on the event type and level of involvement needed to realise your expectations. To allow everyone to get just the service they need, our event planning rates are based on how many days, location, complexity of your vision. Please send an enquiry with more info and we can provide you with a quotation.

IT'S JUST A PARTY, NOT A WEDDING
DO I EVEN NEED A PLANNER?

An event planner’s primary goal and responsibility is to help you stay focused and organised. We’re here to help you stay on track, refer to you reputable vendors, supply a wealth of resources, and negotiate on your behalf and carry out your vision.  In addition to planning your event, if you engage us for services, we will simply react to any possible wrinkle that may occur.

Do you do multi-day events?

Yes, we do, this is one of our favourite event party styles as it allows us to create a multi-day experiences showcasing a different event per day for your guests to be fully immersed in from a yoga/sound bath morning to BBQ party with jazz players , special themed night on the beach, yacht party and much more.

Do I have to go through your vendors if I hire you as my planner/designer?

The short answer is, no. However, we have worked hard at developing these relationships and we can guarantee the quality of the service of vendors we suggest. However, we are more than happy to work with any vendors you would prefer.

AFTR KIDS

Whether its a baby shower, gender reveal, birthday party or christening- no matter the occasion- our specialist design and event production team can create and tailor special packages for all your requirements. We understand that when it comes to kids parties, it is not just about the decor and aesthetic. We balance that with considerations for the entertainment of the kids, matching this with the current interests of the celebrant and theme of the party. AFTR Kids Parties always have a variety of activities meaning that there is something for every kid, and their enjoyment as well as safety and supervision is thoughtfully considered. AFTR Creative Director Gabby is a Mum of 2 herself, and we know the hassle that goes behind organising kids parties. Let us take the stress from you and plan a party to remember!
