  • Initial in-depth 2-hour consultation in person or via Skype

  • Venue sourcing and selecting the right vendors to match budget and vision

  • Professional guidance and advice

  • Regular scheduled bi-monthly planning meetings (phone, Skype or in-person)

  • 3 x Site visits to venue

  • Budget preparation, allocation and recommendations

  • Recommendation for all vendors, attendance of vendor meetings, facilitation of vendor bookings

  • Management of payments to vendors

  • Recommendation on where to shop for wedding attire and accessories

  • Creation of Mood boards, Theming, Design and Style development for the wedding

WEDDING/EVENT DAY COORDINATION

You might have seen the term “Day-Of Coordination”, but honestly, it’s not as simple as waltzing in on the morning of the wedding. Once you’ve booked me, I’ll get you to tell me all about where your wedding planning has got to and any last-minute details that need finalizing, before meeting at your venue for a more comprehensive hand-over about 4 weeks before your wedding day. From there I’ll use my expertise to create a reliable back-of-house itinerary for the day and contact all your suppliers to ensure they’re clear on your briefs.

(4- 6 weeks up until the wedding date)

 

This package includes:

  • Two-hour consultation before the wedding to discuss details and expectations and planning details so far

  • 1 x Site visit to the reception and ceremony venue

  • 1 x vendors meeting with all vendors

  • Drafting of the wedding day schedule containing information about the day from start to finish and distributed to the vendors

  • Correspondence with vendors to confirm details before the wedding

  • On the Day management from start of bridal prep to end of reception

  • Development of detailed wedding day itinerary

  • Confirm details and contracts with already booked suppliers

  • Attendance of the wedding rehearsal (Brief Bridal Party)

  • Creation of wedding day documents to distribute to vendors, helpers and wedding party

  • Behind the scenes assistance in orchestrating your wedding schedule
